Tenants

Clover Park Gardens is a mixture of owner occupied and tenanted units and this has contributed to a vibrant and diverse community. Tenants are considered stakeholders in Clover Park Gardens and are provided access to this section of the website so that they can be familiar with the by-laws and rules of the Strata Corporation. With all of the strata residents, owners and tenants alike, knowledgeable about what is permitted, this will continue to be a great place to call home.
